An Administrative Assistant should be pro-active, confident and excel in time management. Ultimately, the Administrative Assistant should provide the willingness and flexibility to assist team members, both at the professional and administrative assistant level, with whatever project is at hand that needs to be completed. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND NOT LIMITED TO: Administrative support for mid to senior level professionals. Provide administrative support to include preparation of documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Creating spreadsheets and calendar management. Assist team with emailing, scanning, and filing. Works independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects. Additional duties and special project work as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Outstanding Communications skills. Professional phone etiquette. Good organization skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines. Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent research skills, problem solving, and analytical skills. High ethical standards and ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality and professional discretion. REQUIREMENT: Must be a permanent resident of Puerto Rico. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: High school graduate or G.E.D. Minimum of two (2) years administrative experience. Proficient experience computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Spanish. Strong attention to detail, process oriented. Excellent organizational skills, thrives in an environment with multiple responsibilities. Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and teamwork mentality PREFERRED: An Associate's degree (A.A./A.S.) or higher from an accredited institution of higher education. Industry experience: banking, real estate, mortgage, title, legal, foreclosure, or bankruptcy.
