We are looking for energetic, well rounded individuals with excellent communication and professional skills. Responsible for answering a multiple lines switchboard. Will work at the Claims Customer Service Dept. Heavy PC work including the ability to work independently is a must. This position performs routine duties, as Administrative Assistant as well as, a variety of tasks that require planning and organization, to meet deadlines and quality standards. It also requires interpersonal skills necessary to coordinate the workflow among the office staff members.
• Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish) • Excellent leadership, communications and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
