Our client in the manufacturing company industry is looking for an Assistant Accounting Manager to join their team in the San Fernando Valley

Job Description:
- Oversee all internal accounting entities
- Assist in maintaining Quick Books and excel allocation files
- Help process expenses and maintain any expenses
- Process capital calls and distributions
- Review preparation of IAE year-end financial statements by third-party administrator
- Coordinate year-end audit
- Coordinate and review preparation of tax returns and estimated tax payments
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, tax and operations department
- Setup new bank or custody accounts
- Coordinate FATCA reporting

Requirements:
- CPA license
- Public accounting and private industry experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
- Detail-oriented
- A team player
- Strong work ethic

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
