Assistant - Purchasing / Sales / Logistics

Descripción del Empleo:
Well established food distributor in the Metro area seeks organized individual able to work under pressure and with little supervision, to assist in the areas of inventory replenishment and sales and logistics support. Duties include analysis of inventory levels, issuing purchase orders and entering them in the system, verifying supplier invoices, following up on product deliveries and transport, quoting and maintaining communication with customers, filling up product and price forms, coordinating product demos, and in general anticipating and preempting potential issues.
Requisitos:
Must have BBA in Business Administration, Purchasing, Logistics, or related area, with minimum of 3 years’ experience in the areas of purchasing and logistics of refrigerated foods. Must be very organized and with initiative to anticipate and address potential problems, as well as the ability to perform under pressure and with little supervision. Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written/oral) and must be experienced on Microsoft Office.
