We seek a motivated Aviation Civil Engineer to join our growing Aviation team in our Guaynabo, PR office to support and manage a variety of aviation projects both airside and landside throughout the island of Puerto Rico. As an Aviation Civil Engineer, you will support the planning, design and construction of airport projects; prepare analyses and reports for on-going projects; on-site project construction administration, pavement condition index surveys, pavement management, engineering reports, prepare plans and specifications; mentor and coordinate the work of Analysts and other technical staff and manage and deliver tasks under minimal supervision and guidance. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of aviation experience is preferred. Familiarity with FAA Advisory Circular's and Engineering Briefs . Familiarity with pavement design and FAARField Design Software. Experience with PAVER ("MicroPAVER") and/or PCASE is a plus. Experience with construction phase services and construction phasing and sequencing. AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation experience. Experience with ArcGIS is a plus. Experience with modeling of aircraft and vehicle turning movement simulations in AeroTURN, AutoTURN, Path Planner, and/or AviPLAN is preferred. Ability to work in a team; both collaborating with and mentoring junior staff. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
