Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and Review status reports. Modifies schedules or plans objectives as needed. Pro-actively identify business needs and develop suggested solutions.
Responsible of participating and completing recurrent PCAS testing on or before due dates.
Assign-Reassign and Approve PCAS requests/claims daily.
Review and Monitor Payments & Deposits Unit Quality Control results.
Corporate Banking, Retail Banking and CCC collaboration liaison in regards of payments and deposits claims.
Monitor and analyze volumes and statistics for the Payments & Deposits Department, including regulatory and non-regulatory claims.
Manage ZAP Payroll closing periods for the Payments & Deposits Department.
Support gathering Internal and External Audits sample requests.
Participation on Audit Walkthroughs.
Support strategic initiatives related to the Claims transformation project.
Reports to the CIA Manager.
Make recommendations related to the duties and responsabilities mentioned above.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems
Experience
At least three years related experience in business analysis or project coordination.
