Plan, direct or coordinate marketing policies and programs, how to determine the demand for products and services offered by a company and its competitors and identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies with the aim of maximizing the company's profits or market share while ensuring that the firm's customers are satisfied. Supervise product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
Responsibilities:
Identify, develop or evaluate the marketing strategy, based on knowledge of the establishment's objectives, market characteristics, cost and marking factors.
Formulate, direct or coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote products or services, working with advertising or promotion agents.
Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenses, research and development credits, or projections of return on investment and loss of benefits.
Develop pricing strategies, balancing the company's objectives and customer satisfaction.
Compile lists that describe offers of products or services.
Consult with product and / or service development staff about product specifications. Ensuring that it meets the necessary specifications that meet the needs of the client.
Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines or services, analyzing business evolution and monitoring market trends.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers or distributors to manage the distribution of products and / or services, establish distribution networks or develop distribution strategies.
Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or fairs, working with developers, advertisers, and other specialists.
Create and maintain business relationships with partners (eg, Forti, Microsoft, Cisco) to maximize business development opportunities and quality in the service offered to customers.
Create, analyze and present proposals to clients. This includes, but is not limited to prior sales analysis with the corresponding departments.
Identify business opportunities that develop and certify our internal partners.
Automation, use and training of systems that measure business sales.
Direct the hiring, training or performance evaluations of Business Development or Sales staff.
Supervise associates of the Business Development Department and ensure the effective fulfillment of each of the service areas.
Establish the priorities of the Business Development staff and ensure compliance with them, aligned with the vision and operational objectives.
Respond and respond promptly to the needs, concerns and situations of the staff of the Business Development department, Management, and / or clients.
Identify opportunities for professional training and technologies that contribute to the development of human talent in the Business Development department.
Define, delegate and supervise the work plan of the personnel in charge.
Participate in the recruitment process in the evaluation of candidates, interviews and selection of potential candidates for available positions.
Perform any other task that is required by your immediate supervisor.

Requirements:
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing or directing sales team, and developing business strategies, preferable in the technology industry.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Excellent oral and written expression skills
Completely Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Domain in VISIO programs, Microsoft Office
Ability to work in team
Excellent time management skills and priorities
Ability to influence and collaborate with all hierarchical levels.

Education:
Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, concentration in Project Management, Marketing or Information Systems
