Business Development Specialist

Descripción del Empleo:
The Business Development Specialist will research, prospect and create a pipeline of targeted potential customers for further screening and closing deals with qualified ones. Will be responsible for new business development and entering to form partnerships for continuous business development within Puerto Rico, US and Latin America. Must build strong customer relationships and close deals for servicing highly regulated industries (such as pharmaceutical or medical device). Represent the company to promote our services for chemical, environmental and microbiological tests. Understand customers’ needs in order to Identify, match, and provide them with the best LEADERS to help fulfill their projects, through Outsourcing. Outreach potential clients through phone calls, in-person meetings, trade shows or professional conventions/industry meetings, and at other networking groups.
Requisitos:
Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry and/or Microbiology, preferred), or Business Admin. Minimum 3-5 years of experience within pharmaceutical or medical device industries, in Puerto Rico or US. Experience within LATAM markets is a Plus. Familiarity with laboratory testing of regulated healthcare products (e.g. pharmaceuticals, medical devices). Experience in outsourcing efforts (recruitment of special talents and professionals). Strong presentation skills for delivering proposals to top management as well as marketing company services to trade organizations and/or public groups. Ability to work independently and develop and maintain portfolio of clients. Oriented towards teamwork and a collaborative environment. Available to travel as needed to develop assigned geographic locations and new businesses, including some overnight travel. Fully Bilingual.
