*Full-time & Part- time Bilingual Inbound & Outbound Customer Service Agents*

Primary role focuses in offering VA home benefits for veterans in the United States through inbound & outbound calling.

//Responsibilities:
•Deliver scripted pitch to the customer
•Answer customer questions and provide great customer service
•Input and confirm customer information into a computer system
•Handle high volume of outbound calls per day
Requisitos:
•Completely bilingual (English & Spanish)•Confident self-starter with results driven attitude
•Excellent communication skills
•Positive self-motivator
•Ability to meet daily goals
•Available to work scheduled shifts (Monday-Friday) and every other Saturday
