Call Center Rep-Fully Bilingual

Staff Management is hiring Experienced-Fully Bilingual Call Center representatives to join our operations at our Metro Office Park location in Guaynabo, PR. This is a full time position, where availability is a must. We are seeking responsible, organized, team-oriented candidates to manage customer accounts, and respond to customer concerns via phone calls. Industry: Customer Service/Call Center. Duties: Main duties consist in handling customers inbound calls, proper managing of customers accounts. Candidates must have the flexibility to work daily overtime as needed. Previous customer service experience in call centers is Required. Employment Types: Part Time, Long Term, Full Time. Good typing skills, and working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Candidates must be available to work up to 8 hours shifts from 8am thru 9pm, Monday thru Saturday.
