Company in the transportation area is looking for the position of
Claims Service Representative.
Requisitos:
Full time job. Fully bilingual - Spanish and English is a must.
Effective communication skills with customers over the phone, in person and email.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
Customer services oriented and clerical skill.
Able to multitask and work in a high pressure environment.
The use of stairs throughout the day is required.
Assisting to customers by answering questions about claims request.
