Responsible for reviewing Requests For Proposal information to ensure adequate information has been received to be able to prepare project costing and to liaise with operational and sales teams as appropriate.
With support from senior members of Drug Product Commercial Proposals team, support the Sales team on teleconferences with the client to confirm the technical aspects of projects are understood and costed appropriately. Follow-up as required.
Responsible for building cost estimates in the current costing tool.
Responsible for drafting and completing the bid proposals using the current templates with moderate level of review from their supervisor.
Will receive guidance from senior members of the Drug Product Commercial Proposal team related to the pricing that should be applied to opportunities.
Responsible for leading the Executive Opportunity Outbound Review teleconference segments for their assigned opportunities.
Responsible for obtaining the required internal approvals prior to issuing the final proposal to the Sales team.
Manage the editing and updating of the quote records in SalesForce.com.
Contribute to continuous improvements within the proposals process.
