Comptroller

Descripción del Empleo:
It is our intention to contract a full time Controller in an efforts to manage all accounting procedures and functions. The Controller will have all responsibility for all financial records, payroll, banking and daily operation.
5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience. Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Requisitos:
Supervision of 25+ employees. Preparation of monthly reporting package for Board Members. Liaison with external auditor, tax consultants and lawyers. Revise, update and implement internal controls as needed. Prepare budget and forecast. Supervision experience. Fully bilingual, English & Spanish, both written and verbal. Manage A/R – ensure receivables are collected and recorded as required. Manage A/P – verify all invoices posted and paid as required. Record cash receipts and process bank deposits. Prepare monthly reconciliations and reports of bank and credit accounts. Prepare and issue financial statements as required. Maintain employees Personnel files. Perform fiscal year end accounting close outs with CPA. Process year end W2's and 1099 Forms. SAGE 50 & Proficient with reports & spreadsheets.
