Descripción del Empleo:
The primary responsibility is to deliver logistics solutions for the Installation & Service Department. The position assist Supervisor in customer service by scheduling, coordinating project installations and organizing documents related to each job. Reports daily progress of installations to Sales. Constantly communicates with Field and Production Sup to update information related to manufacture and installation of products. Works with dates required to be punctual with deadlines throughout the installation cycle. • Prepare and Monitor logs and make adjustments • Create-maintain customer route cards • Monitor driver and safety compliance • Resolve driver and dispatch issues • Maintain excellent customer service • Create driver schedules and equipment assignments
Requisitos:
• 1-2 years of administrative and customer service, planning or project coordinator is preferred
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• High level of customer service and team work skills
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, assertive, and have excellent organizational skills
• Excellent writing skills Spanish & English
