SUMMARY: Leads the strategic planning of activities and operations of an exhibit ops team on targeted assigned accounts as part of the overall event team. Directs all functions of assigned exhibit ops team at the branch and corporate level. Processes complex requirements, inquiries and/or complaints for specific client / account. Accountable for exhibit operation of medium to large, strategically important exhibits/programs in conjunction with Client Solutions Director. Is dedicated to specific client / account. Responsible for final decisions on administrative or operational matters related to assigned client / account and ensures operational achievement of objectives. Maintains high profile with client in conjunction with Growth/Client Solutions Director. Understands and interprets facility and show policies and procedures and is responsible for ensuring assigned team meets and follows requirements. Understands the roles and responsibilities of key personnel (Client Solutions Director, Client Solutions Manager, Exhibit Operations, Freight, Deco Operations) on each show and collaborates effectively to execute show objectives. Partners with Growth/Client Solutions Director on completing all facets of the job preshow/show site/post show. Performs other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience or 10 years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience. Familiar with current material handling rates, show rules and regulations, association requirements and pertinent information to show. Previous experience in exhibit fabrication/refurbishment standards and quality control are required. Must be proficient with MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel software applications. Familiar with rigging, electrical, audio visual, labor management and cost control. Must have knowledge of all types of modular displays.
