As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual to join us as a Promotional Marketing Lead. Position Overview: The Craft Beer Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing promotional strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for our food products. This role will require a creative thinker with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for the food industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute promotional marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align promotional activities with overall business objectives. Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, including in-store promotions, digital campaigns, events, and partnerships. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for promotional activities. Manage promotional budgets and track campaign performance to ensure objectives are met and ROI is achieved. Develop promotional materials, including signage, displays, digital content, and advertising materials. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support promotional activities. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in promotional marketing. Provide regular reports and analysis on promotional performance to stakeholders and leadership team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on promotional marketing, preferably in the food industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful promotional campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools. Passion for the food industry and a desire to create memorable consumer experiences.
