Cs Representative-Healthcare Industry (Sss- Comercial)

Will start as a Work from Home requirement un compliance with social distancing order, later will employment will continue at the company facilities located in Guaynabo PR.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
Identify customer needs, wants, and desires in conversation and tactfully handle interactions with customers.
Demonstrates full understanding of product and services and has the ability to communicate them clearly to customers.
Responds to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempts to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines.
Maintains call and data entry updated.
Completes all other duties as assigned by Managers and Supervisors.

TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Starting date 10/05/2018
Monday - Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm. (Four weeks paid training)

WORKING SCHEDULE:
Monday - Sunday: 8:00am – 8:00pm (rotative shifts)

EDUCATION:
Completed Associate's or Technical Degree, preferably related to the Health Industry. More than 60 credits of bachelor degree completed. (Highly Preferable)

Minimum Requirements
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent communications skills in Spanish (written / spoken);conversationallevel of English (computer systems and information are in English)
Excellent customer service skills required
Ability to continuously learn and retain knowledge of new services and products being offered by the company
Requires strong interpersonal skills including excellent time management, listening and people skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly demanding and high stress work environment.
Ability to multitask
Must have pleasant personality and telephone manner and be capable of working independently
The ability to adapt well to change
Must be flexible to work Full Time and Part Time shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 pm., during weekends and holidays
