Well known client in Aguadilla is looking a for an Associate to provide customer and product support to customers. Will be doing data entry, focused on financial and accounting accuracy. Service level agreements improvements, order audits attending calls of customers and orienting them as needed. Customer Satisfaction and business relations improvement through on call support managing contracts, bidding, quotes, proposals, etc.
Requisitos:
Candidate MUST be Fully Bilingual English & Spanish, due all the calls received and data entry will be in English. Proficient in MS Office programs. Experience working with Excel. SAP knowledge preferred.
