Customer Service Representative

We are Para la Naturaleza, a nonprofit environmental organization based in Puerto Rico and we are looking for a candidate to join our team! Our Customer Service Representative (part-time position/ 22.5 hours per week) at the historic Ramon Power and Giralt House is responsible for transactions related to product sales, as well as the daily tally of the cash register, store inventory and daily/monthly reports. Will orient visitors and general public about Para La Naturaleza’s products and services and will complete AMIGOS program memberships.

Requisitos:
• Fully Bilingual English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• 3 or 4 years of University Studies, preferably a Bachelor's Degree. Business Administration or Tourism preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service and Retail Sales.
• Merchandising experience a plus.
• Experience using cash registers and related systems such as ATM and POS, preferably CRM systems.
• Knowledge of inventory management.
• Proficiency in word processors, spreadsheets, presentation software, Internet Research and Windows and MAC operating systems.
• Willingness to work extended hours, rotating shifts, weekends, holidays and travel outside and within Puerto Rico.
• Service Oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
