We are a growing call center company in Aguada and are looking for fully bilingual team members. If you are someone who enjoys providing quality customer service and resolving situations by channeling information through operational processes and established service guides, this job is for you. Customer information is obtained by answering phone calls, verifying the information and establishing company policies when entering the same. Keep the team in communication by reporting problems. Fulfill the mission of the company, in a positive environment.
Requisitos:
Fully Bilingual (English / Spanish), Excellent telephone etiquette and diction in both languages., Transcribing Experience, Excellent customer service skills., Experience in call center (preferably), Computer mastery and keyboard speed, Completed Bachelors degree (preferably), Being able to do multiple tasks simultaneously., Positive attitude. ***(To be considered for this job you will have to send a video telling us about your work experiences, your work ethic, and most important if you have transcribing experience. this video must be completely in English.
