Staff Management is hiring customer service representatives (Call Center) at our Metro Office Park location in Guaynabo, PR. We are seeking responsible, organized, team-oriented candidates to manage customer accounts, and respond to customer concerns via phone, e-mail, or in-person. Industry: Customer Service/Call Center. Duties: Full-time shifts available Mon-Fri, and part-time shifts available Mon-Sat (AM and PM). Full-time candidates must have flexibility to work daily overtime as needed. Candidates with excellent English proficiency may be considered for special project working with US-based accounts. Employment Types: Full Time. Work Location: Gila / Guaynabo, Metro Office Park Suite 106 Lot 3, Street 1, Guaynabo, PR 00968. Job Types: Call Center, Customer Service Rep. Shifts: All Shifts. Attributes: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old. Benefits: Paid Training, Weekly paychecks, Paid Sick Leave, Paid Time Off. Lifting Requirements: Able to Lift 20 pounds. Education Required: HS Diploma or GED. Starting Wage: $8.00. Pay Rate: Productivity Bonus.Required Skills:All candidates must be fully bilingual with at least 2 years of college completed. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Good typing skills, and working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Candidates with excellent English proficiency may be considered for special project working with US-based accounts.
