She will also provide subject matter expertise and direction for hisher area of responsibility to internal stakeholders to ensure best practices and enterprise standards are utilized and implemented throughout the automation effort. Primary Responsibilities Adapts the automation solutions as necessary to achieve expected results Determines complex best practices and innovative approaches and suggests how to improve current quality processes, standards and practices Determines range and depth of activities required for developing or customizing complex test automation frameworks, researching and onboarding automation tools, for hisher assigned area(s) of responsibility Develops and implements metrics to measure automation effectiveness in projectrelease work Identifies and directs the implementation of test automation related improvements that positively impact delivery across the enterprise Leads the design and implementation of automation analytics frameworks, methodology and database integration Leads, directs andor participates in projects for hisher assigned area(s) of responsibility Provides status reports and metrics on assigned projects Provides training to the end users on the automation solutions, tools and methodology ENGLISH PROFICIENT ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AFTER APPLICATION Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience in database management data analysis 3 years of experience is SAS Experience in ascertaining data quality - identifying metrics, generating reports Excel proficiency (Pivots, V-Lookups, Formulas) Bilingual (Spanish English) Preferred Qualifications Domain knowledge expertise (Healthcare) Careers with Optum.
