ICF seeks a Data Reporting Specialist to support Disaster Recovery efforts in Puerto Rico. Responsible for collection and analysis of data from multiple sources to support comprehensive decision-making in the disaster recovery program. This position is located in Puerto Rico. Role and Responsibilities: Converting data business intelligence to report key performance and operational performance indicators to measure deliverables, error ratio, active case load, etc. Create ad hoc reports dynamically as needed. Assist in developing dashboard and other software reporting systems as directed. Develop reports that monitor status of projects from field inspectors through completion. Create reports that track progress through the project flowchart. Optimize procedures and maintain communication and focus. Maintain case tracking system. Develop report for each task force and project leads. Create and maintain aging reports. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : 3 years of Data Analysis experience Strong analytical skills, bachelor degree in math, statistics, operations research, and computer programming desired. Preferred are applicants with Python and or R experience. Experience in data mining required. Experience in FEMA reporting requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Microsoft Access and Excel required. Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred, English required. Preferred Skills: Programming experience in Python or R preferred. Knowledge of GIS preferred Experience in reporting for disaster recovery preferred. Knowledge of smartphone apps, MS Office, Data Information System & Time Management Skills.
