Descripción del Empleo:
Promotes and maintains the health status of the clinic’s patients through disease prevention and encouraging the patient to fully participate in their treatment. The process includes education tailored to the patient’s level of understanding, encouraging attitude to self rehabilitation and self care tailored to the patient’s ability. In achieving these objectives, the Primary Care Nurse assist the patient in achieving and maintaining an optimal state of physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being.
Central to this function is efficient, accurate and complete documentation. In keeping with the leadership position of the clinic, these will be done electronically.
Requisitos:
1. Licencia de Enfermería BACHILLER ó MAESTRIA 2. Grado completado
3. Colegiación al día
4. Certificado de ASUME
5. Certificado Negativo de Ley 300 (maltrato a menores/personas mayores)
6. Certificado Negativo Antecedentes Penales
7. Certificado de Salud con el Laboratorio de VDR negativo
8. Hep B – vacunación o titus (si ya está vacunado, 1 año previo)
9. Varicela – vacunación o titus (si ya está vacunado (1 año previo)
10. CPR al día
