Position Summary: The Facilities Engineering Operations Manger provides facilities engineering / maintenance services at two Citibank buildings in San Juan, Puerto Rico ensuring client satisfaction and fulfillment of contractual obligations . Responsibilities/ duties include: Maintain and develop client relationships ensuring client satisfaction; Plans projects, including defining objectives, methods, timetables and budget to support client and Sodexo strategic plan; Directs/ supervises daily engineering service operations to ensure employees have appropriate equipment and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines Supervises day-to-day operations ensuring proper operations of buildings through managing, maintaining and regulating systems. Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local regulations as well as Sodexo/clientpolicies and procedures Establishes a safe work environment for employees by providing safety-related training and equipment maintenance. Establishes operating standards, implements quality improvements and communicates them to employees. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience managing or supervising facilities maintenance, plant operations, engineering services or related field; Strong Knowledge and experience with Project Management/ Construction Project Management; Proficiency and experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS); Exceptional customer service, relationship building, presentation and communication skills; Strong understanding and working knowledge of HVAC and building mechanicals preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred; Fully bi-lingual Spanish.
