Field Trainer I

Descripción del Empleo:
Train SCI Field Management to include, Sales Management, Market Management and administrative staff on the SCI Recruitment practice including the end to end process, the iCIMS & Workday platforms and pre-hire & post-hire onboarding of new hires.

Train on-site, via webinars and video-conferences
Provide guidance on post-hire onboarding
Coordinate and communicate training activities via webx, group summit and individual 1:1’s
Support the development and maintenance of a library of training presentations, pictures, schedules, procedures and checklists in a SharePoint environment for training purposes
Completion and submission of required reports for each Sales Manager
Recommends changes to improve training effectiveness
Other duties as assigned
Requisitos:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field or at least 3 years of recruiting experience
Certification/License:

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years related recruiting experience
Minimum of 1 year training with iCIMS and Workday platforms
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Able to travel to required locations up to 50%
Engaging audience with appropriate presentation style
Working knowledge of applicable MS Office products such as PowerPoint
Proficiency in public speaking
Technical knowledge necessary to operate training equipment at location or remote audio-video technologies
Ability to acquire necessary product knowledge on a timely basis
Ability to transport training material weighing up to 50 pounds, as required
