Finance And Accounting Manager

RiskOne HR Consulting is seeking for a Finance & Accounting Manager that thoroughly analyzes and clearly communicates to senior management additional to design and develops financial plan and procedures.
Requisitos:
* Three to five years of experience in finance and accounting area or in a similar position, including supervisory experience.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance or Accounting.
* Determines organization’s assets, liabilities, cash flow, tax status and financial objectives.
* Prepares monthly and annual reports such as balance sheet and income statement forecast, projections, interest rate forecast and implementing corrective actions if necessary.
* Conducts cost/benefit analysis.
* Develops and implements new processes and procedures to enhance the workflow and productivity of the department.
* Regulate internal controls.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all financial data.
* Excellent written, spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bilingual (English and Spanish).
* Knowledge in Alchavo System, One Note, MS Office Program, among othe
