Finance Manager

Descripción del Empleo:
Develop and maintain financial records for all IPG funded activities, inclusive of budgets,
expenditures, program income, DRGR entries and reimbursements, and other financial
records as requested by PRDOH.
Maintain records that accurately identify the source and application of funds for all
CDBG-DR IPG funded activities, inclusive of records pertaining to awards, authorizations,
obligations, unobligated balances, assets, expenditures, income and interest, and all
supporting documentation.
Develop a system for the receipt and payment of program and project expenditures.
Develop policies and procedures for the processing of payments and income, provides
for the review of allowable costs in conformance with regulatory and agreement
requirements, and provides safeguards to ensure the appropriate expenditure of CDBGDR IPG.
Requisitos:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from an accredited college or
university with major coursework in Accounting, Public Administration, or similar fields.
Must have seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible professional municipal,
state, or federal finance experience, including at least five years in a supervisory
capacity, and including experience with data processing.
Extensive knowledge of requirements for federal financial planning, accounting, and
auditing.
Ability to maintain financial management standards in conformance with the
requirements of 2 CFR 200.
