Financial Analyst (Associate)

Identifying potential companies with local and international operations that meet the Fund’s investment criteria. Perform market and financial analysis on prospective portfolio company investment. Perform due financial, human resource, legal, market diligence, and interact with the management of potential portfolio companies’ business objectives and details of financial plans and market strategies. Analyze financial information from existing and potential portfolio companies in which the Fund invests, and monitor if financial and operational budget are met. On existing portfolio company investment, review financial statements and plans regularly to determine whether market changes, economic changes, or financial performance indicate a need to evaluate a company’s customer, market or financial strategy.
Requisitos:
A top individual with a BS major in finance from the highest ranking universities in the nation; an MBA degree, not required, but will be plus; strategic thinking; inherent analytical & management proficiency; excellent interpersonal and communications skills; in-depth and technical knowledge in finance / good business sense; MS Office proficient; research experience; forecasting & finance modeling platforms; experience working in a similar position (min. 2 to max. 4 yrs.) in a private equity firm, investment banking, corporate bank, consulting firm, or in a merger and acquisition division of a corporation; & superior written proficiency in English is required. Compensation will be commensurate with educational background, experience, & current earnings. A base salary of $65K-$85K + yr. bonus & other perks.
