Health & Safety Coordinator

Descripción del Empleo:
Provides technical and regulatory guidance on environment, industrial hygiene and safety issues, focusing on the recognition, evaluation and control of physical and chemical and environmental hazards. Advices management on the proper procedures, work practices, equipment to use in order to ensure compliance with all legal requirement and regulations in these fields. Implements EHS self assessment programs, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable local, federal regulations and company directives. Reviews capital renovations and new construction projects to ensure environmental, industrial hygiene and Safety issues are addressed. Performs as the company liaison person with legal and regulatory agencies during site audits and inspections, permit renovations and as Site contact for EHS
Requisitos:
Bachelor Degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Engineering or related EH&S field). Five (5) years of experience leading various EHS areas such as Environmental, Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene in the Pharmaceutical industry. Fully cognizant of applicable Federal and Commonwealth rules and regulations. Computer knowledge. Completely bilingual (Spanish and English).
