Descripción del Empleo:
This position will analyze and interpret data in order to support the objectives of the corporate organizational strategies. The HR Data Analyst will compile reports, analyze and synthesize data in order to communicate key HR metrics to stakeholders.
Requisitos:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Statics or other relevant study from recognized College or University with at least one (1) to three (3) years of related experience as an HR Analyst/ General Analyst including analyzing data, tracking trends, making reports in a 500+ employees environment.
