Temporary position in HR Training department
General Description
Respond to internal and external customers’ questions and general inquiries related to the bank's training systems, processes and policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible of coordinating all training logistics associated with the corporate learning offerings.
Coordinate with external and internal resources/facilitators all the scheduling for the assigned learning activities.
In charge of all electronic training attendance record keeping following established guidelines using our LMS.
Plan, prepare and monitor the production of all training materials for each session.
Ensures that all training session requirements are met according to course design and specifications (room setup, necessary materials and facility conditions, among others).
Provide support to on-site facilitators to guarantee that the learning experience occurs as designed.
Administer, scores, keeps record and inform results of different course tests as defined by internal processes and guidelines.
Administer, scores and keeps record of course satisfaction survey results for each session.
Proactively identifies and communicates to the Specialist, any observed situation or opportunity area of the session.
Prepare reports and presentations for their learning projects.
Other responsibilities may include management of invoices and program budget, update of training materials, generate learning activities reports, and support some e-learning design technical activities such as: voice recording, uploading of the file to the LMS and write scripts, among others.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
Experience
A minimum of two (2) years of experience on administrative or coordination functions.
