Part Time Job Opportunity General Description In partnership with recruiters, support creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage sourcing process for assigned business lines. This includes posting vacancies on job boards, cold calling potential candidates, screening them over the phone and documenting efforts in the company's applicant tracking system. Support recruiter during process by coordinating interviews with hiring managers and performing other administrative tasks. Participate in special recruitment iniciatives like job fairs. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Experience One to two years of related experience is desirable. Certifications / Licenses No certifications or license needed.
