Manage employee message portals: Emails, TV, whiteboards, posters, weekly communication packets, kiosks.
Own communications email through which general updates and messages are shared with the site.
Lead the site’s iCare Program. Coordinate and conduct employee interviews to share their stories about how Baxter products impacted their lives. Develop patient stories. Create videos that draw an emotional link to our patients and boost product understanding.

Requisitos:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
1 to 2 years of experience administration areas, human resources or events coordination.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; in Spanish and English.
