• Perform basic access management tasks, user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications in various systems and applications. • Provide support to internal business users. • Assist in researching and troubleshooting sources of application access issues. • Manage day to day tasks, ensuring that all steps and functions are completed in accordance with regulatory and procedural guidelines. • Identify process improvement opportunities in order to maintain good security controls. AD or BD. Specialty: IT Related. (Required). • 2 or more years of experience with application user access provisioning and/or Help Desk. (Required) • Working knowledge of Active Directory • Must be a highly detail oriented individual. • Exceptional collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills and the ability to work well under stress within defined time lines.
