General Description
Complete the subscription process of title insurance policies in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and manuals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:Analyze legal documents and issue an opinion for title policies
:Issue title policies following the subscription guidelines of each insurer
:Update the information of the title policies in the systems
:Communicate with lawyers and clients to request documents for the issuance of title policies
:Answer customer questions regarding their policy coverage or status
:Support in the claims process
Education
Bachelors Degree
Experience
Two (2) or more years of related experience, or paralegal experience prefer in notarial and property law.
Other Qualifications
:Writing and verbal communication skills; in both Spanish and English
:Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Word, and Excel
:Ability to identify and resolve situations
:Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult conversations
