POSITION TITLE: IT Help Desk (Tier-1) CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
DEPARTMENT: IT Department
SUPERVISOR: IT Director
JOBTYPE: FULL-TIME
Position Summary:
Under general supervision of the IT Support Center Supervisor, as IT Helpdesk (Tier-1) you will be responsible for fixing and troubleshooting consumer technical issues, that may include email, password, internet browser and more. IT Helpdesk are required to complete tasks in an acceptable time and at a high level of quality. This position also includes inbound and outbound calls to customers helping them with their technical needs. This list of duties and responsibilities is illustrative only of the tasks performed by this position and is not all-inclusive.
Requisitos:
Minimum Qualifications: • Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Computer or related field and one year experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs. regularly.
Prefer but not required:
• Evolution EHR
• Software Analysis and Intelligence Lab (SAIL)
Experience:
• IT Support 1 year
Education:
Associate Degree in Computer or related field
License:
Driver's License
