Job Description

Professionals in the field of Project Management with a proven track record of technical, operational or strategic management success. Demonstrable ability to apply technology solutions. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects. Creates and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Dealing with complex situations requiring knowledge and application of policies and procedures. Interprets and explains complex information and / or aids internal and external customers. Skilled managing projects on time and with on budget results to meet the project requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree •Five (5) or more years direct work experience in a project management

capacity.
Strong familiarity with project management software.
Knowledge of SDLC
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical

and problem-solving capabilities.
Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
Technically competent with various programs of Electronica Health Record and Practice Management systems (radiology and laboratory)
Strong communication skills, problem resolving competences and people

skills.
Healthcare experience is a plus
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodology’s
Maintain communication with the customer to stabilize operation

environment regarding any trouble shooting.
Coordinating multiple resources within and outside your department to

support the goals of the division.
Effectively manage conflict, creating the right atmosphere that supports

open communication and the search for solutions.
Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
Prepare reports for reference use in operational areas.
