Full Time Opportunity General Description We are seeking for a IT Supervisor under the Technology Management Division to lead strategic company projects. Plans, directs, and supervises of IT projects to ensure that goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible of management the global O365 ecosystem, including; Hybrid Exchange, Teams, Azure AD, Azure Conditional Access, Mobile Access Management (Intune), OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, Yammer, PowerApps, etc. Work closely with Information Security Team to address current threats in the O365 environment Work closely with the third party O365 administrators to define priorities, scalation and monitoring of the activities Provide regular cadence of reporting, with insights and recommendations on how to meet key milestones, manage risk, and ensure project success Manage efficiently the backlog of requests as well as the projects related to O365, using agile practices (such as stand-up meetings, planning, retrospectives, etc.) Create plans to monitor and improve the adoption of O365 throughout Popular Build strong relationships with key stakeholders Generate and review documentation, including infrastructure diagrams, policies, procedures, compliance artifacts, disaster recovery and business continuity plans Performance and career management for the O365 team Coaching expected and frequent one-on-one meetings Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration Experience 3 years of Office365 experience Vendor management experience Experience leading and managing teams Good understanding of financial control and budget management Experience on process design and/or process improvement Demonstrated expertise leading full life cycle projects engagements across strategy, design and implementation Experience on Agile methodologies Ability to create high-performance and self-sufficient teams Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (English and Spanish) PowerShell skills required Preferred Qualifications Office 365 or any other MCSA/MCSE PMP, PMI-ACP or other project management / agile certification Engineering studies, Master's Degree or IT related field Competencies Accountability (L) Analytical Discipline (L) Building Effective Teams (L) Change Agent (L) Character (L) Customer Centric (L) Developing People (L) Strategic Thinking (L) SDL2017
