Laboratory Technician Chemistry - Mayagüez

Descripción del Empleo:
Performs chemical tests for our clients within the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries, following the established procedures and Good Laboratory Practices. Accurately documents the results of the tests and analysis performed, following Good Documentation Practices. Participates in the implementation of special projects and test method transfers. Performs changes to existent procedures or create new procedures, as required.
Temporary contract.
Requisitos:
BACHELORS degree in CHEMISTRY. At least 1-3 years experience performing chemical laboratory analysis for the pharmaceutical / biotechnology industry or equivalent.
Knowledge and abilities in managing analytical instruments. Experience in analytical techniques and analytical equipment operation (HPLC, GC, GPC, FT-IR, UV-Visible, Karl Fisher, pH Meter, conductivity meter) general laboratory instrumentation, wet chemistry.
Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Problem Solving and initiative skills. Basic computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
