Customer satisfactions through high quality service and low cost. TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES (DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES): Coordinates assembly and packing operations within the assigned area. Assigns employees to specific jobs and monitors performance. Provides feedback concerning employee job performance. Audits manufacturing areas assuring compliance with specifications and procedures Deals with associates, materials and equipment problems (Opportunities) in the assigned area. Coordinate and provide safety equipment to all associate if necessary. Communicate all situations that may have adverse impact to product, machines or process to the immediate supervisor. Informs Supervisor and fills out reports on manufacturing activities (daily, weekly, monthly, annually) on a timely basis as required. Trains new associates, conduct cross training. (Rotated to regular Associates and keep informed the supervisor of the Training progress. Maintain a motivated group of associates. Conducts periodic meetings with employees as required. Maintain proper maintenance standard of the area. Coordinates the manufacturing schedule activity with Supervisor/Superintendent to accomplish the goals Coordinates code and batch changes according SPEC'S, SOP'S and code set ups as per cells in belts layout Keep process monitoring on quality and performance targets. ( efficiency, downtime, scrap, conversion loss and other key performance indicators) Promote a world class environment through working teams and Safety/Environmental. Implement process improvement ideas and programs. Prepare, complete and verify documents as required in the area Assigned. Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Manually document (ex: checker chart) and/or electronically (ex: POMs) the required information to comply applicable procedures and specifications. This information includes but is not limited tp process parameters, lots, amount of production, and others. Observes all company and regulatory EHS requirements. Observed confidentiality and data privacy rules at all time. DEMANDA FISICA (PHYSICAL DEMANDS): Medium Work: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demands requirements are in excess of those for Light Work. EDUCACIÓN Y/O EXPERIENCIA (EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE): Bachelor Degree in Business Administration o related area. . 2 - 5 years experience in manufacturing and on process operation. CUALIFICACIONES (QUALIFICATIONS): Computer literate. Hands-on experience on computer programs, such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Strong verbal and written communications skills. (English/Spanish languages). Knowledge of corporate specifications and plant standard operating procedures. Knowledge of bill of material process. Must have good documentation practices, and strong interpersonal skills. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to interface well with other departments, and lead effectively and efficiently in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant setting IDIOMA (LANGUAGE): Bilingual in English and Spanish.
