JOB SUMMARY:The role of Legal Office Manager is to oversee the entire operation from products/services to budget, HR, and automation. As such, this leader manages all operations and is responsible for managing all functions within the direction/guidance of the (Managing Partner) in his dual role as Supervising Attorney.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides coordination, accountability, and supervision of all assigned staff
Operates as a direct liaison with Clients, Attorneys, and Medical Consulting Companies, providing operational oversight, customer service and conflict resolution
Monitors, manages and improves the efficiency of all daily operations and support services, and delegation of tasks
Responsible for team member time cards and work schedules
Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Reviews financial statements and data to provide projection analysis
Liaison with Human Resources, Building/Space Management, Automation, and Accounting Services
Oversees Attorney Accreditation and State Bar requirements to ensure compliance and Good Standing
Ensures timely processing of all legal products and inquiries
Manages internal projects and special tasks thru successful completion
Perform all duties in accordance with Ethical Practices, Client Confidentiality, and HIPPA standards
Assists and supervises in other functions as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to Conduct Research & Analysis
· Familiarity with Human Resource Management
· Familiarity with VA Claims Procedures
· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· 4 years College or higher
· Expert Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
· Must be fluent in English (oral, writing)
