Job Description

Responsible for plant asset optimization and owns the maintenance and reliability strategy

· Manages the staff, processes and activities for maintaining all plant machinery

· Responsible for Mechanical Integrity program compliance.

· Oversees maintenance goal setting, KPI's, activity scheduling, work performance

· Prepares annual budget and conducts budget scenarios and analysis

Requirements

· At least 10 years maintenance experience in the Chemicals industry with 5 years+ at Management level with a strong reliability background

· Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship

· Must be based in or around the South-East Iowa region or willing to relocate to this area

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or other related technical field required
