You will be responsible for maintaining optimal operational conditions of all production equipment, packaging and inspection equipment and clean utilities equipment/systems to comply with company production standards and cGMP during the second shift. You will: •Provide technical support and expertise in a Parenteral Fill-Finish Operation. •Demonstrate strong knowledge of Aseptic Techniques, Isolators, RABS, Packaging and inspection systems and assets, Automated Process Control Systems, CIP/SIP, Clean Utilities Systems, Sterile Filtration, Change Management, and CMMS/CCMS. •Responsible for the supervision, coaching, and development of assigned employees. •Support manufacturing and packaging related projects, special projects, and validation support. •Accountable for the completion and verification of PM work orders. •Implement and monitor activities to foster an environment of continuous improvement, recognition culture and people development according to Our Credo Values. •Participate in operations meetings, review and approve technical documentation, authoring and/or approval of standard operating procedures, maintenance job plans, asset management data, and safety incidents reports. •Lead production and packaging equipment, and clean utilities equipment/systems improvement projects. Qualifications •A minimum of a Bachelor Degree of Science in Mechanical, Computer or Electrical Engineering or a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Mechanics, Instrumentation, Automation, Electronics, and Engineering Technology is required. •A minimum of 4 years of experience within operation and maintenance of a Parenteral Fill Finish facility, Production Maintenance, Packaging equipment OR Clean Utilities Maintenance is required. •A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience is required. •Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, automated control systems, and environmental controlled areas is required. •Ability to support 2nd Shift (which is typically Monday through Friday 2:30pm – 9:30pm) is required. •Knowledge on device assembly machines is desirable. •This position requires the following Technical Competencies based on position requirements: Automated Control Systems, Product & Body function, Drawing Interpretation, Geometrical Concepts, Electronics, Mechanics, Statistical Process Control, Pneumatics, and Statistical Techniques.
