Manufacture And Packaging Manager

Develop and lead the implementation of the manufacturing operational plans and for delivering the expected results. Ensures a flawless execution of such plans and manages the day-to-day operations to ascertain all quality, delivery and cost objectives are met. Exercises overall responsibility for the effective and consistent application of safety, environmental, quality, compliance, security and personnel policies and practices and is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive employee relations environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Engineering. MBA is highly desirable.

A minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience in manufacturing in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.

A minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience at a Manager/supervisory level.

Previous experience in manufacturing and packaging is required.
