Manpower is searching for the best candidates to fill a Marketing Research Analyst Position. Work in the execution of quantitative and qualitative research projects, including surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews. Design Thinking Process experience, accreditation or trained. Work in the development of research proposals, quantitative and qualitative research instruments, and built final reports with solid outcome for the marketing team. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to create coherent reports and presentations to help drive strategy and planning. Support questionnaire development. Work with research team (internal & external) to ensure business and client needs are addressed at every stage of the project. Deliver key measures updates. Present and provide written summaries of analytic findings and insights to internal customers. Among other duties.
Requisitos:
Minimum of 3 years of market primary research.
Interest and ability to translate numbers into actionable recommendations for internal clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; experience with statistical software (specifically SPSS) is preferable but not required
Strategic thinker, project manager, and strong desire and ability to lead teams
Solid communication, writing and oral
Good presentation skills; and commitment to quality and creativity
Strong organization capability while multi-tasking
Decision-making, and problem solving abilities
Experience with the analysis of survey research data
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in complex, collaborative environments.
Ability to find meaningful connections in complex data.
Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change.
Fully Bilingual (Spanish & English)
