Descripción del Empleo:
The position provides clerical and administrative support to others in the office. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: customer orders & invoice processing, work with Excel spreadsheets and calculations, maintain database of products and pricing schedules, logistics coordination, manage high volume emails, capable of working with deadlines and support others in special projects.
Requisitos:
• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in Business Administration
• Fluent bilingual skills (Spanish and English)
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience preferable in customer service and office environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Critical Thinking
• Detail Oriented and organized
• Ability to work in multiple projects and work well under pressure
• Computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat)
