General Description 13; Support Adjustments, Non:Post, Returns, Centralized Scanning and Regulation E Operations Teams with Administrative and Daily, Weekly and Monthly Functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
:

Perform various assigned functions to support the day to day operations of the departments.
:

Provide general administrative support for the departments such as but not limited to; submitting invoices, processing incoming/outgoing mail and faxes, keeping inventory and placing orders for supplies, assist in updating job guides, submitting Branch Administration notices, and ensuring all letters and forms are updated and tracked appropriately.
:

Support the Management Team in miscellaneous functions such as but not limited to; Performing Quality Audits, Tracking, updating and submission of Department Procedures, Approval of Batches/FTM Templates if needed, and Verify/Reverse decisions for employee accounts as requested by the Branches.
:

Compiling data and assist in updating daily production logs for the departments
:

Review and update assigned General Ledgers.

Minimum Education 13;

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration

Experience 13;

Two years (2) of experience in tasks related

Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to establish priorities, multi:task and work with minimal supervision.

Must be self:motivated, ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.

Basic accounting knowledge preferred
:

Knowledge of banking laws and regulations preferred.
:

Ability to work with different units within the Bank on all levels.
:

Strong knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point among others.
