counsels employees on a timely basis regarding performance behavior skills and attitude to form a high performance team li li Identifies training needs of assigned staff and partners with the Trainers to ensure that needs are satisfied li li Monitors batch record and documentation entries throughout the manufacturing packaging process to ensure timely closure li li Determines production schedule updates schedule board and communicates daily release schedule Communicates production information with other shifts Actively participates and lead Tier 1 meetings li li Monitors and communicates production metrics li li Ensures compliance with all government and company regulatory requirements Ensures application of cGMP compliance with respect to staff shop floor and documentation Trains staff on necessary compliance and quality requirements li li Investigates all discrepancies immediately Generates and documents Event Reports ER and or Quality Assurance Reports QARs regarding deviations in process tasks or equipment set up and testing li li Partners with the Quality Technical Services and Operations personnel to investigate Manufacturing Incidents applying tools as CAPA to eliminate root cause in investigating li li Performs administrative duties for assigned areas including monitoring attendance vacations and timecards Schedules and assigns required overtime to meet production requirements li li The supervisor is fully accountable and responsible for maintaining effective daily floor operations and proactively managing employees including coaching training performance assessment and salary recommendation as applicable Reviews staff requests for vacation time time off etc li li Responsible for prioritizing process activities or production schedules
