Full Job Description

Growing Personal Injury Law firm is seeking a fully bilingual (English and Spanish) paralegal with at least three years experience in handling PI Cases. Experience prepping arbitration packets and reviewing medical records ideal. Must be able to manage case load, open files, request medical records, maintain client correspondence, and assist busy attorney. Successful candidate will be able to process files from inception to litigation. Required to assist attorneys in a fast past environment, and simultaneously work independently to maintain consistent and timely follow up on assigned cases.
Computer literacy required. Successful candidate will be a self starter and able to manage competing demands. Ability to think on feet and learn to anticipate needs a must. Ideal candidate will be a team player with a can-do attitude and professional demeanor with clients and co-workers alike.
Salary commensurate with experience.
